* Balance payment shall be made as per agreed milestones.
* Delay in payment may lead to suspension of work/services.
* Ownership of supplied material remains with Ishna until full payment is received.
Completion timelines are tentative and subject to:
* Weather conditions
* Material availability
* Government approvals
* Site readiness
* Force majeure situations
Government subsidies/net metering approvals are subject to policies of concerned authorities. Ishna does not guarantee subsidy approval, amount, or disbursement timelines.
* Product warranties shall be governed by respective manufacturers.
* Installation/workmanship warranty shall apply only as specifically agreed.
* Warranty shall not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, voltage fluctuations, fire, natural calamities, or unauthorized modifications.
Clients shall:
* Provide safe and accessible working conditions
* Ensure structural suitability of the installation site
* Obtain necessary permissions/NOCs where required
* Provide timely approvals and payments
Consultancy services are advisory in nature and based on available information/site conditions. Statutory approvals and execution responsibilities remain subject to applicable laws and concerned contractors/agencies.
* Maintenance visits shall be conducted as per agreed schedule.
* Replacement parts/materials may be chargeable separately unless covered under AMC/warranty.
* Advance payments is non-refundable
* Cancellation charges may apply depending upon project stage.
Ishna shall not be liable for indirect losses, business interruption, utility failures, or damages arising due to external factors beyond reasonable control.
All website content, designs, logos, proposals, and documents remain the intellectual property of Ishna.
Customer information shared with Ishna shall be used only for service-related purposes and handled responsibly.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India
